• Subscriptions provide recurring credits and additional features on a monthly basis

Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Unused credits on free accounts may expire after 12 months of account inactivity.

5. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe or Paystack). By purchasing credits or subscribing, you agree to:

• Provide valid and current payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for the amounts due
• Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled before the billing date

Prices are listed in your selected currency and may be subject to applicable taxes.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access to subscription features until the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period
• Purchased credit packs are non-refundable

We reserve the right to offer refunds on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using the Service, including project data and personal information. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you submit. Do not upload content that:

• Infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Contains false or misleading information
• Violates any applicable law or regulation

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service may use artificial intelligence to generate or enhance content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and should be reviewed before use
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from the use of AI-generated content
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RailsAI Kit and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

14. Account Termination
